Healthy Breakfast Club is the key! The HBC Club Call is for
people on a journey to achieve and/or maintain a healthy body
weight and enjoy being with like minded people. There are no
magic pills or secret answers. Making healthy decisions is
a lifetime committment.
Every
weekday morning at 7 A.M PDT "The
Healthy Breakfast Club" will be meeting and we would
love you to join us. The call lasts approximately thirty
minutes and
the agenda includes the following:

Welcome and introductions
2. Celebrations
3. Question and answer period
4. Educational topic
5. Challenge for the day
6. Special guest speakers
7. Lots of fun, caring and sharing Whether
you have 2 pounds to release or 200 pounds to release: join
us, relax in a positive, goal oriented, one step at a time,
non judgemental and safe place.. Just like sitting around your
favorite coffee shop with a few good friends. And you know
how good that feels and how much it helps to share. The
HBC Call meetings are free and you can remain anonymous if
you like; participate actively or just listen. Grab some green
tea, meal replacement shake, shakeology, oatmeal, banana etc.
and join us at a meeting of the Healthy Breakfast Club where
the focus in on you and your success.
